How do I know if the app is compatible with my car?
We offer a 7 day free trial so that you can test compatibility. If you have any issues, you can either contact us for help, or cancel your subscription in the App Store.
Which diagnostic devices are supported?
DPF Scan supports most standard Bluetooth LE OBD adapters that are powered by the ELM327 chip, such as Carista, OBD-Vlink etc.
Is my vehicle supported?
Currently, DPF Scan supports most VW/Audi group diesel cars that use the UDS diagnostic protocol. In other words, if your vehicle engine code is 4 characters starting with C or D, such as CAYC, CFGB, DETA etc.
Why do I have to have a subscription, can't I just buy it once?
Manufacturers constantly update vehicle software. Your subscription allows us to constantly test and update DPF Scan with as many vehicles as possible to ensure continued compatibility with your car.
